1. General

All offerings provided through this website—including but not limited to mentorship sessions, courses, workshops, and digital resources—are designed for personal and spiritual growth. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice or treatment.

2. Payments

• All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Your financial information is not stored on this website.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• Mentorship sessions: Payments are non-refundable. Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

• Courses & digital products: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

• If the mentor needs to reschedule a session or delay access to a course, you will be notified and accommodations will be offered.

4. Access to Digital Products & Courses

• Upon purchase, you will receive access details (via email or member platform).

• Access is for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling content is not permitted.

5. Intellectual Property

All content—including but not limited to text, meditations, videos, audio, and written materials—is the intellectual property of Divine Inner Work. By purchasing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

6. No Guarantees

While these offerings are designed to support your journey, no specific results are guaranteed. Your experience will be unique to you.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the state of Minnesota, USA.
