About Divine Inner Work
Awaken you inner balance.
A Space to Remember Your Wholeness
At Divine Inner Work, healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about returning to what has always been whole within you.
Through acupuncture, Reiki, and intuitive healing, each session is an invitation to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and your soul’s quiet strength.
My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and safe; a place where your nervous system can soften, your energy can realign, and your natural capacity for healing can awaken.
Here, we honor both the science and spirit of healing, blending the grounded precision of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the subtle intelligence of energy work and intuition.

My Journey
Healing, to me, is a conversation; one between body and energy, between what we hold and what we’re ready to release. My own journey into this work began with a deep search for relief: years of chronic migraines, fatigue and brain-fog, and the sense of being unseen in traditional medicine.
In that search I discovered acupuncture and energy medicine, and I felt something shift. A light returned. Within a few treatments I began to feel better physically, emotionally, and energetically. That experience ignited my calling: to help others find that same return to balance.
My Training & Gifts
I hold both a Master of Arts in Acupuncture and a Doctor of Chinese Medicine from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minnesota, where I trained deeply in Traditional Chinese Medicine, anatomy, holistic patient care, and integrative healing.
As a licensed acupuncturist and certified Reiki Master, my work bridges the clinical and the intuitive — blending evidence-informed medicine with energy-based wisdom. Over the years, I’ve supported individuals of all genders in restoring balance across body, mind, and spirit, guided by the understanding that the physical and the energetic are never separate; they are woven together in every breath, every emotion, every heartbeat.
Alongside my formal education, I’ve cultivated and refined my intuitive gifts — clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience, and claircognizance — the ability to see, hear, feel, and know the subtle patterns and messages that shape our inner experience. Through these gifts, I attune to the deeper energetic layers of each person’s journey, receiving insights that support healing, clarity, and alignment.
Whether through acupuncture, intuitive healing, or mentorship, my role is to listen deeply to you, to the wisdom of your body, and to the quiet intelligence that connects all aspects of our being.
My Approach
My work is rooted in three guiding principles:
Holistic. I treat the whole person — body, mind, and spirit — weaving together Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy work, and intuitive insight to support balance on every level.
Intuitive. Each session is guided by what you most need in the present moment, not by a preset protocol. Healing isn’t linear; it unfolds as we listen deeply to what your body and energy are asking for.
Empowering. My greatest hope is that you leave each session feeling grounded, seen, and more connected to your own inner wisdom.
In my clinic, I specialize in mental health, women’s health, pain management, and trauma-informed care. These are the places where people often say, “I need more than just relief; I need to feel truly seen.”
Every treatment, whether acupuncture or intuitive energy work, is a co-created space of safety, curiosity, and restoration. It is a sacred container where you can release old patterns, rediscover balance, and remember your capacity to heal.
Outside of my practice, I’m also a mom of two active kids, which means I know well the rhythms of movement and rest, giving and receiving, doing and being. Time in nature, music, and quiet creative moments help me reconnect and stay grounded. They remind me that balance is something we return to again and again.
My hope for you: that you feel safe in your body, connected to your truth, and at home within yourself. That the healing you seek becomes the remembering of who you already are.
Why I Do This Work
I believe healing is both personal and collective. When one person begins to feel safe in their body, trust their intuition, and live in alignment with who they truly are, it creates a quiet ripple that touches everyone around them. Families shift. Communities soften. The world becomes a little more compassionate.
This is why I hold this work as sacred.
Whether through acupuncture, energy healing, or mentorship, my intention is the same — to help people return home to themselves. To remember that healing isn’t about becoming something new, but about coming back to what has always been whole within you.
